Lavender Topiary DIY

Create a Lavender Topiary. Start with a plant from the nursery or from cuttings you may have started.

I share a couple of different lavender types and how I prune them into topiary forms.
I admit I am no expert with this and am experimenting but it is so relaxing to snip, clip and shape them.

I have several different varieties of lavender, some with deep purple flowers, others with whitish leaves and stem and some that are a light lilac color. All of which I will attempt to make topiaries with cuttings from them.

Why? Because sometimes different varieties take more readily or create the form more easily that you are looking for and you don't know which until you experiment.
