Our hearts could’ve burst watching Layla shine on stage at her ballet recital! At just five years old, this was her second recital—and it’s easy to see that dance is truly her happy place. She lights up the stage with every step, and it’s like the music flows straight through her little soul. We might be biased… but we’ve never seen a more graceful ballerina.

One of the sweetest moments of the day was when my parents drove in from Nashville to surprise Layla—she had no idea they’d be able to make it. The look on her face said it all… pure joy, awe, and love. Huge thanks to Carlin’s parents for being there too, and for always showing up for our girl. It means the world.

Thank you to everyone who showered Layla with gifts, hugs, and kind words. She felt so special, and your love reminded us just how powerful it is to show up for our kids. These are the moments they’ll carry with them forever.
