DOLOS 100% (EXTREME DEMON) | Geometry Dash

Here it is- my new hardest extreme demon. After beating Bloodbath back in September 2020, I was pretty content with my accomplishment... but, unfortunately, Bloodbath fell off of the demon list pretty quickly and I lost my list points as a result. Although I wanted to try and get back on the list, I was super busy with school and other commitments, so I didn't really have the time or motivation to practice another difficult level.

When I got my free time back, though, I started looking at Dolos. It's not exactly the most widely-praised level of all time; in particular, most people seem to dislike the level's beginning, considering how the way it syncs with the music makes the gameplay slow-paced. Despite this, I found myself having fun playing the level, and I eventually realized that I could definitely beat it if I put my mind to it.

So I did! At the time of beating Dolos, it was placed 101 on the demon list, which is a notable jump from Bloodbath's legacy list placement. I actually finished it much quicker than I thought I would!

A lot of people ask me why I chose to beat Dolos, and honestly, I don't know why it clicks with me so well. I think it's the sync-based gameplay. I tend to love levels that sync with music really well (which is why I beat Acu and Thanatophobia), so this just seemed like a natural jump for me. Clearly, my instincts were right!
