I created this video to quickly explain what is known as the "Four Body Model", which explains how we humans have four separate and different bodies that are inter-dimensionally "layered" on top of each other.

Many spiritual teachers use this model as it seems to accurately model our reality, and provides us with a great tool to better answer questions such as "What really happens when we die?"
