The Pendulum 5-Way Neck is unique in that it not only targets the neck in four distinct directions, but also can be used to specifically exercise the supporting musculature of the head.

Integrated into the same machine is a trap station. The trap station allows you to train the large diamond shape trapezius muscle either unilaterally or bilaterally. A unique cam and lever system reduces the shrug weight so that you can train from station to station without excessive weight changes.
