Expansion drill Frenzy buffs:
Enemy units' attack increases by 100% (4)
Enemy units' defense increases by 100% (4)
Enemy units' HP is increased by 100% (4)
If Enemy units' weakness is not exploited, reduce stability damage taken by 3 points (4)
After each turn, damage dealt by enemy units increases by 10% each turn(4)
Enemy unit's mobility is increased by 3 tiles(4)
When Lumi gains (Frost protection), gain another 3 stacks of (Frost protection) (4)
