Let's get started with cloth. In blender, open sculpt mode and select "Cloth" from the drop down menu. Now you need to choose a shape and size for your cloth object. For this exercise we will just pick any shape like circle or square - doesn't matter.

So, let's get started
First of all, you need to start with a clean mesh. For example, if the mesh has been built using a smoothing modifier or by using the Smooth tool in Blender 2D mode then it should be removed so that we can use our own mesh without any problems. You can also use this tutorial on how to create a new object from scratch if you want.

Then select your material type and go into sculpt mode by pressing Shift + S or clicking on 'Sculpt' button located at top left corner of your screen (Note: If this option doesn't appear then click on Tools- Switch Sculpt Mode).

In blender, open sculpt mode and select "Cloth Filter"

The cloth will help you create Fluffy Sofa, smooth surfaces in 3d space.

Now you need to choose a shape and size for your cloth object.

If you chose something too big, it will hide some part of your object and make it hard to see. On the other hand, if you choose something too small it will be hard to see anything at all! So here comes another important rule: choose a bit complicated shape so that people who are not familiar with Blender 3D can still recognize what it is supposed to be in real life (although they won't know how exactly).
