NEW Ferrari SF-24 "EVO" B-Version testing with Charles Leclerc at Pista di Fiorano - May 10, 2024

This morning, Friday, May 10, 2024, at 9:03, the Ferrari SF-24 "EVO" or, if we prefer, "B-Version" took to the track at Fiorano with the Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc at the wheel. These tests are part of the second 200 km filming day package available to the teams, which the Scuderia of Maranello has used to insert and test important car modifications. You can see the cars that will compete in the next Imola Grand Prix. As we said, many innovations in the EVO version, starting from the new narrower side panels, which guarantee more excellent air passage and also the thick "bazooka" conveyor above the engine, have been redesigned with the task of bringing less quantity of hot air to the rear to be expelled. The new vehicle floor has a redesigned Venturi channel and the rear diffuser. A new front wing will be built to optimize the work done on the bellies. Different halo design with frame attachments. In short, a lot of irons in the fire for Ferrari. Enjoy! 😉

Questa mattina, Venerd 10 Maggio 2024, alle 9:03 è scesa in pista a Fiorano la Ferrari SF-24 "EVO" o se vogliamo "B-Version" con al volante il pilota monegasco Charles Leclerc. Questi test fanno parte del secondo pacchetto di filming day da 200 km disponibile per i team e che la Scuderia di Maranello ha impiegato per inserire e provare importanti modifiche alla vetture. Quella che vedete è la vetture che disputerà il prossimo gran premio di Imola. Come dicevamo tante novità nella versione EVO a partire dalle nuove pance laterali più strette che garantiscono un maggior passaggio d'aria ed anche il gosso convogliatore "bazooka" sopra il motore è stato ridisegnato con il compito di portare al posteriore meno quantità d'aria calda da espellere. Nuovo il fondo vettura con un canale Venturi ridisegnato così come il diffusore posteriore. Nuova ala anteriore per ottimizzare il lavoro svolto sulle pance. Differente disegno dell'halo con attacchi al telaio. Insomma, tanta carne al fuoco per Ferrari, Buona visione! 😉
