Friends, today I am sharing Thali Recipe in which I made
(1) Sev Dungli Nu Shaak, સેવ ડુંગળીનું શાક
(2) Bajra Besan Bhakhri, બાજરા બેસન ની ભાખરી
(3) Papaya Sambharo, પપૈયાનો સંભારો
This thali is one of the favourite at my parents home and I used to have it during my childhood. The Sabji made from spring onion and sev is an amazing sabji to have with unique Bajra Besan Bhakhri along with Papaya Sambharo. I hope you would love this recipe to try at home.

SPRING ONION SEV SABJI
100 grams Methi, हरी मेथी
3 nos. Spring Onion, हरा प्याज
5 to 6 nos. Green Garlic, हरा लहसुन
3 tbsp Oil, तेल
½ tsp Mustard, राय
½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
¼ tsp Hing, हिंग
½ tsp Salt, नमक
1 tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
¼ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
¾ tsp Coriander, Cumin, धनिया जीरा
½ cup Water, पानी
Besan Sev, बेसन सेव


BHAKHRI
1 cup Wheat Flour, गेहूं का आटा
½ cup Bajra Flour, बाजरे का आटा
¼ cup Besan, बेसन
2 tsp Paste of Green Chilies, Ginger
दो चम्मच हरी मिर्च और अदरक की पेस्ट
½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
¾ tsp Salt, नमक
¾ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
¼ tsp Hing, हिंग
2 tsp Oil, तेल
⅓ cup Water, पानी

PAPAYA SAMBHARO
100 grams Papaya, पपीता
Green Chilli, हरी मिर्च
3 tsp Oil, तेल
½ tsp Mustard, राय
½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
⅛ tsp Hing, हिंग
¼ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
½ tsp Salt, नमक
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
1 tsp Besan, बेसन
