3 BABY FOOD RECIPES FOR WEIGHT GAIN, HEALTHY SKIN AND HEALTHY EYES BY DR BRAJPAL | Baby Food Recipes
In this video, I have shared 3 Baby Food recipes which can be helpful in Baby Weight Gain and to make Baby Healthy. I used Carrots, Tomato, Rice, Dal, Ghee and Pumpkin to make these Baby Food Recipes. Carrots are good sources of Vitamin A, Tomato is a good source of Vitamin C which is Powerful Antioxidant and Ghee is helpful in Baby Weight Gain. First Baby Food Recipe can be started at the age of 6 Months. Later 2 Baby Food Recipes should be given after the age of 1 Year. I always say that we must know the advantages and disadvantages of Foods which we are serving to Baby.
