Installing your van flooring: Step-by-step guide
1) Clean your flooring from dust and debris. There was no rust in this vehicle so we did not have to sand back and spray rust proof paint.

2) Measure your floor battens and then cut.

3) Measure where the holes will go and pre drill.

4) Then drill in battens to floor of van.

5) Cut out your insulation between the battens. Our video stopped recording at this point however there is a few pictures at the end of this video to show you.

6) Use your insulation tape and tape across all the insulation joins.

I have let the time lapse of this video be slower than many other YouTube Van Conversion Videos. Why? I found it difficult to see how people flipped their vans. So I hope that this then helps you with your van fit out.
