Health today is not a quick fix. Our health has been deteriorating for many years, it's going to take a while to fix it. However , remember , this isn't a pill for every ill. Our bodies are like an engine with many things influencing it's well being. Probably the most important mention in this is autophagy. Fat fasting is mentioned, a bit of a contradiction. Fasting is best when nothing is eaten at all for autophagy to realise its benefits.
