How to make Nigerian White Soup (Ofe Nsala) for beginners! Step by step

This is how to make a delicious white recipe for beginners

INGREDIENTS

1 Kilo Goat meat,
3-4 medium size Cow Tripe (Shaki)
2 medium size Smoked Fish/stock fish
2 medium size ponmo (Cow Skin)
3-4 medium slices of yam (cubed)
2-3 Tbspn Crayfish Powder
3-4 fresh yellow pepper
3-4 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo)
I-2 small chunk Okpei
1 medium size Onion
3 - 4 seeds calabash nutmeg (ehuru)
1 tbspn uziza seeds
1 stick aidan fruit (uyayak)
2 Tablespoon Peppersoup Spice
2-3 seasoning cubes
An handful Uziza Leaf
2-3 tspn Salt (to taste)

You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
