I always like to say that most of us are “accidental agency owners.”

We’re really good at something, someone offers us money, and we build an agency around it.

But that doesn’t always mean we know what we’re doing. I had no clue how to run a business when I first started. I didn’t even know what an invoice was.

I did know that I had a desirable skill set, and that I could work really hard to get to the next level.

However, none of that would have been possible had I not put some serious systems in place. Making sure I had structure and organization around my agency processes helped me create my multi-million dollar agency.
