Sandakphu & Phalut Trek - See Mount Everest from India | Singalila National Park | India & Nepal

Описание к видео Sandakphu & Phalut Trek - See Mount Everest from India | Singalila National Park | India & Nepal

A 7 day trek to Sandakphu & Phalut - the two highest peaks in West Bengal, India.

Situated on the Singalila ridge inside Singalila National Park, crisscrossing between India & Nepal, this is perhaps the only accessible place in India from where one can see Mount Everest directly with naked eyes!

Not only the Everest, rather 4 out of the 5 highest Himalayan peaks can be seen from here:
1. Mount Everest (Highest, 8848 metres high)
2. Mount Kanchenjunga (3rd highest, 8586 metres high)
3. Mount Lhotse (4th highest, 8516 metres high)
4. Mount Makalu (5th highest, 8485 metres high)

I did this trek with 'Trek The Himalayas', in February 2023.
