Julian Frenger has moved to England to manage Derby County in his biggest job yet. Having joined a side that is currently in a relegation fight, Julian has to figure out the weakest parts of the squad, and he also needs to build his backroom staff. He's had his debut match at Derby County, but he still doesn't feel comfortable at the club. His desire for this season is just to survive. Can he aim to build his squad up to do that?
