Alexander Mikhaylin is a retired Russian judoka, who competed in -100 and +100 kg weight category. Mikhaylin is one of the most accomplished heavyweight judokas of all time, he is 3-time World champion (also 1 silver and 3 bronze medals), Olympic silver medalist and 6-time European champion. He was a perfect example of big man Judo strong collar, back and belt grip, massive downwards pressure which leads to his main throws Uchi Mata, Sumi Gaeshi and Uki Otoshi.
