Officer Ben Sherman (Southland) | Lonely Reflection

This video has been a work in progress. It is by far the most time consuming and difficult video I've ever made, but I also hope it will be the most rewarding (of the videos I've made so far).

I made this video with two purposes in mind:

1) To bring awareness to the stress that police officers go through. I am aware that this is just a TV show, but I do believe there are a lot of things about it which are educational, and I have enjoyed learning more about law enforcement - inspired by the show.

2) To make my opinion known regarding how wonderful and underrated an actor Ben McKenzie is. I see everyone giving credit to the other actor's of Southland and I do think they are good so I am not taking anything away from them, but Ben has created an extremely compelling character off of writing that in my opinion for his character specifically is sometimes limited (whereas I feel the writers reinforce the other character backgrounds and psychology much more). Most of understanding Ben Sherman is understanding the subtle but powerful nuances in Ben's performance, and I think (hope) you will really get that from the video.

Please watch and review. I usually don't say that in my descriptions, but I worked far too hard on this video for people not to see it.

I also wanted to give a special thanks to Guy Bee for doing a fantastic job directing the mirror scene. :)
