I forgot to summon animated guardian so lost some DPS.

This build is a combination of six key concepts:
#1 Vaal skill. 3.26 provides Runegraft of the Soulwick which gives one vaal soul per second. This is the key element to make the build work. Yaomac' s accord reduces the soul requirement to 20 %. So vaal arc requires 5 souls to cast. With its souls prevention period of 2 seconds, I can make one cast of vaal arc every 7 seconds without any additional resources of vaal souls. Flameblast is 3 + 6 every 9 seconds.

#2 Perfect Agony. The keystone gives critical damage multipler as damage over time multiplier if the spell crits. I can achieve nearly 100% crit chance by Saboteur' new notable Calculated Risk to make critical strike chance is lucky. With Azadi Crest, I can roll luck three times to make it nearly 100%.

#3 Charges. I use the belt Olesya's Delight + Ralakesh's Impatience to have both frenzy charge and affliction charge. I use the unique jewels to get Trickster's +2 max frenzy charge notable, and use Replica Badge of the Brotherhood to get the same count of endurance charges. I don't worry about the charge generation because Yaomac' s accord gives one charge each when cast a vaal skill

#4 Mine. Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage gives tons of added fire damage. Saboteur' notable provides 150% aura buff to mines. I didn't but we can get on a maximum +4 gem level double corrupted boot. With charged mine support and high frenzy charge, you can throw mines pretty fast before casting the vaal skil.

#5 Defiled Forces. This passive is so important to refresh the ignite duration when curse enemy. So I can just cast flammability and elemental weakness to refresh the ignite when I wait for souls to be regenerated. I anoint it on amulet since it is far away in passive tree.

#6 Autohotkey. To have smooth mapping, you need to manually use Soul Ripper before casting vaal arc in order to gain the soul before soul prevention period. I just combine flask usage, instant skills with a delay of vaal skill into one button.


This is possibly the best build I have ever created in POE.
