60ml buttermilk (milk 60ml+ vinegar 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoons vanilla extract

250g Butter
250g sugar
250g all-purpose flour
50g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
4 large eggs
120ml buttermilk (milk 120ml+ vinegar 2 teaspoon)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
