Bending A Horse Starts With Flexion

Bending a horse starts with flexion | In this video, I will explain the difference between flexion and bend and show you how to get your horse to flex using this lateral flexion exercise. Bending a horse requires you to understand this lateral flexion exercise as you can have flexion without bend but you can't have bend without flexion.
You can do this as a groundwork exercise for horses and then you can take it to the saddle. These are great suppleness exercises for horses and if it becomes part of your dressage exercises you will find your horses' suppleness much improved.
