Passover is the Jewish Festival where the Jews celebrate their freedom. They were enslaved in Egypt for 400 years and Passover celebrates their liberation. They were in such a hurry to leave Egypt they didn't have time for their bread to rise and therefore the Jews on Passover eat unleavened bread - Matza.
The four questions are asked at the seder table on the first night of Passover, usually by the youngest child in the family.
