Waking up early is hard and challenging, but so is working out at 5 pm. I would much rather have time and space to do my workouts then be in a crammed gym that gives me anxiety. If I let anxiety I am just blocking my blessings. This is my morning routine to ensure that I get it done before work so that I can enjoy the rest of my day in peace. It’s definitely a challenge but once you make it a habit you become accustomed and you’ll feel amazing. I hope you got something valuable from this video and that you find ways to challenge yourself to reach your goals. It doesn’t have to be this strict of a routine, please don’t compare if this isn’t realistic or even something you would want to do. 3 am is crazy but it works for me.
