Going through the Q Course | Military Spouses

SPOUSES WELCOME BACK! I really enjoyed making this video because I get asked SO MUCH about the Q Course! Here is my take on it and how we coped through. You guys are awesome thank you so much for letting me share my experiences. My goal is that someone watches and gets the information, motivation, and help they need from these videos!
