Trump campaign disputes claim over use of Foo Fighters song at rally

Donald Trump’s campaign is pushing back against a claim by the Foo Fighters who said “My Hero” was played during a rally without their permission. NBC News legal analyst Danny Cevallos explains that artists don’t have total control over their music if they are part of a licensing agreement and whether the Foo Fighters will be able to sue the Trump campaign.
