What's the best way to configure Org emails for Zoho One if I want to manage all emails in Zoho Mail rather than Outlook or Gmail?

Can't justify paying standalone user subscriptions for those since no one is actually using them. Right now I’ve got a really messy mix of Email groups but I need to use both Distribution List, and Shared Mailbox to actually make it work and it seems like I’m doing something wrong. Wondering what the normal way of setting up org emails are?
