Are $15 knock off Shimano SLR-EV brakes any good?

In this video I reviewed some very inexpensive road bike brakes that I bought online. The make/model are ZTTO AS2.6D and I've seen them listed on eBay for as low as $14.67 USD per pair. In other words, they cost only $7.34 per brake! These brakes employ the dual symmetric pivot design, which is sold by Shimano as SLR-EV, which is their most effective design of rim brakes. No other bike companies sell brakes which are of this design, so when I saw these cheap knock offs I was really curious to give them a try. The least expensive equivalent brakes sold by Shimano sell for more than 6 times the price!

Unfortunately these brakes were incompatible with the bike that I bought them for, so I haven't had a chance to actually install or try these at the time of posting this video. Nevertheless, I decided to go ahead with posting this in the hopes that some of the information I shared would still be helpful, since I couldn't find any other videos about these brakes online.
