SIM Toolkit for Emerging Professionals

This programme is designed for emerging professionals to equip them with the competencies to manage, lead and work well with others in a team.

Using a practice-based approach, this programme engages you to draw your learning from structured experiences in the classroom before applying what you learn into your day-to-day work. The practice tools are designed to facilitate the learning transfer and ultimately create relevant solutions for workplace challenges.
