Protests against the Agnipath recruitment plan for the armed forces broke out in Bihar's Muzaffarpur and Buxar on Wednesday. Protests have spread to Jammu, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh as well. The scheme's tenure and pension benefits are among the reasons the youth is protesting.
