Today I am going to make a new recipe which name is "balia fish curry" . This recipe is ery popular in west Bengal and Bangladesh. This curry preparation is called bele macher jhal . Bele macher jhal is a delicious and very simple fish recipe and served with hot steamed rice. Try this recipe I'm sure you'll love this recipe from "The Appetizer ".

Ingredients:-

Balia fish - 300 grams
yellow mustard seed- 1tbsp
black mustard seed- 1tbsp
tomato paste - 1/4cup
ginger paste - 1tbsp
nigella seed -1tsp
green chili
turmeric powder
salt- as per taste
mustard oil
