Berlin Trams at Hackescher Markt

Описание к видео Berlin Trams at Hackescher Markt

Hackescher Markt is an important transport hub and a square where they have markets. It's at the Oranienburger Straße. No U-Bahn lines go to this market, but there are 5 tram lines (12, M1, M4, M5 and M6) and 4 S-Bahn lines (S3, S5, S7 and S9).

There are 22 tram lines that go into the city but some lines operate far out of the city, but there are still some trams in the city centre of Berlin. Most of the tram lines operate in East Berlin which is also the city centre. In Berlin you can also take the U-Bahn or the metro. It operates mostly underground and takes you around the city. There is also the S-Bahn. It's kind of like the overground in London. These go to the outskirts of Berlin

Berlin is the capital of Germany. It is accessible by lots of trains, but the trip can take a while. You can go to different places in Germany with ICE and IC trains like Munich, Cologne, Hamburg, Frankfurt... which can take around 1-5 hours. You can also travel internationally and go to Warsaw (6 hours), Prague (4 hours), Vienna (9 hours with transfer), Basel (7 hours), Amsterdam (6 hours) and from May 25 there will be a new night train that goes to Brussels (10 hours) via Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp.
