Arvind Kejriwal’s advocate Rishikesh Kumar on June 29, informed that Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to a 14-day judicial remand. While addressing the press, the Advocate said that the Court was informed that CBI had no grounds to seek judicial remand after 3 day of CBI custody. “Today the CBI custody was going to end so they produced Arvind Kejriwal to the court… CBI did not seek police custody they asked for judicial custody… We said that the CBI had no grounds for further judicial remand…After hearing both sides, the court sent Arvind Kejriwal to a 14-day judicial custody,” said Rishikesh Kumar.
