How to amaze your guest with simple mango chicken Recipe try in mango season

Ingredients: -
Chicken – 500 grms
Ripe Mango grated – 2 tbsp
Ripe Mango cut piece - 1 whole mango (approx 1 cup)
Onions, fine chopped- 1 no (medium size)
Curd/yoghurt – ½ cup
Coconut paste – 2 tbsp
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 3no
Bay leaf – 1
Cinnamon stick – 2no
Cloves- 3
Cooking Oil- 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped- 1 tbsp

Instruction: -
Cut ripe mangos about one cup.
Grated mango keep aside about 2 tbsp.
Smooth Coconut paste should be ready about 2 tbsp.

Method: -
Take a kadhai & heat oil.
Add the bay leaves, cinnamon stick & immediately add the chickens.
Fry on medium to high till light brown in colour.
Now gradually add salt, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste chopped onions, tomato ketchup sauté on high for 3 mins untill oil separates.
Add the yoghurt give a good mix cook for 3 mins.
Add the grated mango puree & coconut paste, Mix to form the gravy.
Now add mango cut pieces & give a stir gently to cover the gravy.
Cover & cook for around 3 mins.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and then serve hot with chapati, porato, dosa, Idly, idiyappam.
