This group of spunky seniors in Maryland have been strolling their way to better health and social interaction since 1989 at the Iverson Mall in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland in the suburbs of Washington, DC.

For the past 25 years, three times a week, hundreds of senior citizens gather at their local Maryland mall to walk and to exercise. Age is just a number for the Iverson Mall Walkers, a community service program that provides seniors a convenient and safe place to walk and socialize.
