I went solo stealth camping in the moorlands of Lancashire in my Micro Camper and when I woke up it was snowing (and it was cold). When you think about UK van life you rarely think of snow so this felt like a real treat.

I also did some cooking out the back of my car, cooking up a feast in the form of a meatball sub that puts Subway to shame!
