Lake Superior Rock & Agate Hunt at the Deer Park Beach

On this day we traveled up North to Deer park beach at Lake Superior. Located in Newberry, Michigan right off of Deer Park Road '407'. The Lake on this day was beautiful and the weather was awesome ! I did find two agates on this beach :) There are so many rocks here to collect. The colors are amazing. Unakite, Jasper, Quartz, Granite, Agates, Fossils, Epidote and so much more ! The beach is quite long with many rocks to look at. As I was leaving heading west I noticed many pull overs along deer park road with paths going to Lake Superior. Also if I headed east there are many other places to rock hunt. It is great area to rock and agate hunt if you are ever in Upper Michigan. Thanks much for watching :)
