Happy World Meditation Day (21st May) everyone. We wrote a song for the occasion, titled “Hold Your Breath.” A lot of people have this perception that meditation is something impossible to achieve, but honestly, if you set aside ten minutes per day to focus on your breathing and be in the present, it can have a massive impact on your life.

Or… you can just hold your breath, look in the mirror and say “Wim Hof” three times. Apparently that works too.

Once again, a huge thanks to @shuntsafarian for the video. This guy is a true legend. He came through for us just before his flight to Lebanon… we hope you are having a great time back at home. Also big thank you to HGP aka @grab_vtxbeats for doing once again, a fantastic job on the mix.
