One of our more popular winter tours is our Dettah Ice Road tour. It's only a 1.0hr tour, but we do so much in that hour! Drive on the frozen Great Slave Lake, one of the largest lakes in the world and at over 2,000ft deep, it's the deepest lake in all of North America!

The Ice Road season here in Yellowknife usually goes from mid December to mid April, but in the last few years with the changing weather, it has opened up much later and closed earlier.
