Today we come up with a beautiful house.
This residence in Chengannur, Kerala showcases classic luxury within its elegantly landscaped exterior. The client wanted a classic, elegant yet functional home where cross-ventilation and maintenance of privacy were to play a vital role. Our team translated their vision into a luxurious bungalow in a 2.5 acres plot surrounded by dense vegetation. At the entrance, the guests are treated by sprawling lawns dotted with native flowering and greenery with astounding sculptures sitting within it. A gazebo inspired by the dreamy English gardens stands at the edge of the lawn. The stone cladding crafts a classy look into the façade.
While keeping things elegant, simple, functional and practical, the interior injects enough style using handpicked quality accessories. Provided double heighted staircase opening up to a sky light above and a beautifully landscaped courtyard below, thus creating a sense of space and grandeur in the interiors. The master bedroom harbor’s a private courtyard space kept aloof from the rest of the house for a calm and serene experience. The simple and elegant interiors of the prayer room are a way to heaven.
