Another one with Gaur Spice Whiskey! This time, we throw in some coffee flavors; espresso liqueur to be exact. This is a great variation on the classic White Russian, that allows for some great flavors to come through. Of course, garnished with some cinnamon, this creamy cocktail complements the spice notes in the whiskey nicely.

Cream of Gaur:
1.5 oz (45mL) Gaur Spice Whiskey
0.5 oz (15mL) Cinnamon Syrup
0.5 oz (15mL) Espresso Liqueur
0.75 oz (30mL) heavy cream

Garnish: Grated cinnamon dust and whole pressed cinnamon stick

Jonathan is a bartender in the early stages of his career, but has a lot of charisma and drive behind the bar. He recently won the New Jersey Restaurant and Hospitality Association’s Mixologist of the Year 2016 Competition.
