Splinters companion is nothing new as cryptic studios did not reworked the event, no wonder there, however since the nerf of the companions and as this was a request i went on and tested splinters in control enviroment and also in PVE light enviroment.
Regarding powers splinters does provide very constant dot or tick damage on the enemies followed by decent 150k + single target attack on the main target. Also 2 forms of control effects are in his powers and also some self healing which is not alot but it`s there.
Not the best not the worse, but i`m going trough companions as i slowly come back to making videos after what happened avoiding the market disruption and providing devs everything on a silver platter.
You can obtain this companion via event for 600 tokens or pay under 100k astral diamonds for him from the action house.
