'Degustation' for solo viola

Here is a performance of two movements from my piece 'Degustation: Seven courses for solo viola', which was premiered in June 2011 and published in November 2011. This unaccompanied work is dedicated to my friend Deanne and was inspired by her birthday degustation lunch. Each of the seven short (sometimes very short!) movements is descriptive of the various flavours or experiences that the degustation comprised. This work is suitable for advanced student or professional violists.
