Our beloved Breville toaster oven stopped working...and our lives almost stopped as a result of this. I researched the problem and found that a common failing of this oven is the thermal fuse. I could not seem to find anyone with coherent instructions for repairing the BOV810BSS so I decided to contribute this tutorial.
