when you're
wearing some black t-shirt or shirt you
would have seen a lot of flakes white
flakes all over your shoulder chest line
falling off from the period right
I mean annoyingly we wouldn't notice if
it's a lighter colored outfit so what
are they they are nothing but that dead
cell underneath you are basically our
skin we do a lot of exfoliation you know
put a scrub all those things mask and
everything basically the ladies do that
often going to a beauty parlor or
something like that but either ways we
need to export it I mean the depth dead
skin gets deposited over a period of
time and it is like a magnetized
exfoliate once in every week so the same
goes without the skin underneath a beard
as well what happens is when you don't
do that on a frequent on a regular basis
these dead skins skin get deposited
under your beard it starts itching it's
very important if you really want to
maintain your beard you won't prevent
any kind of beard hair loss it is
important that you you exfoliate and you
clean you here and how do we do that
that's exactly what we're gonna discuss
in this video now the first thing which
I do to exfoliate and remove the dead
skill under my beard is basically when
you are next hour what you do is take
this is just a normal comb and you face
the shop okay falling right on your face
and you keep doing this in circular as
tough as the water drips down through
your beard keep doing this this is
basically what it's doing this this is
basically all your dead skin underneath
your gear which is causing the etching
it is basically removing that so do all
of you and during your mustache you can
do all of keep doing this with water and
that's it that's the best way to cleanse
the skin underneath so once this is done
use a towel to wipe properly and just
wipe it properly make sure your skin is
dry that's very important not just your
hair the skin has to be dry just wipe it
properly and then what you do is there
are couple of things that you can do
basically the first option is to use a
beard oil I use this beard oil and I

section so try those beard oils and what
is the oils even I if you're not really
into buying a beard oil here any any
kind of the oil you can even use coconut
oil you know the pallid coconut oil
which you probably would be using to put
on your hair and things like that just
coconut oil any kind of any such kind of
oil you can use the oil or coconut oil
and don't want use all these or cooking
oil and all that I wouldn't recommend
that use these oils and just we put this
there's a way to apply the oil as well
let's take it
two three four five six drops okay now
your thumbs together and you can apply
it directly onto your skin underneath
not your hair this is not meant for the
hair this is for the skin
right let it go see that doesn't stop
you teaching and even it talks to me I
was once I was it was itching like head
and I believe the heck is wrong with
that beer it was never like this that I
realized there's something wrong with my
beer and on maintaining property and
that's when all these things started you

one less it's very important that you
have to store it in a room temperature
and keep the cap closed always never
expose it to sunlight because you do not
want to you know degrade the DPL oil and
you know the chemical composition of if
it's organic or inorganic doesn't matter
just keep it in the room temperature and
the cap grows tightly some beard oils
last for six months whereas some others
last for even four to five years so as a
time passed by that the effectiveness of
the beard oil gradually reduces now
