I'm trying this intuitive painting technique to relax my own creative block and calm down my inner critical voice when painting or illustrating. I'm just letting the medium create forms and composition, enjoying the flow and calmness, then work from there. Painting intuitively without specific intention can be so satisfying and liberating.

I think watching the video is also therapeutic and helpful in dealing with life's stress and coping with personal challenges or perhaps simply enjoy the meditative process of painting and drawing.
