Does this Abandoned Railway have a future?

In this railway walk I continue my journey along the Leek to Stoke railway line and ask the question, what future does this railway line have?

It could become part of the National Rail Network again, or even a Heritage Railway Extension?

Lastly it could become a Greenway.
