The Places of Worship Act was passed in 1991 - so that after Ayodhya - no character of any other religious place be changed from what it was in 1947. Despite the act being specifically designed to save India from digging up the past - there are atleast SIX cases coming up for hearing in higher courts - that challenge the sanctity and very existence of old mosques in India.

Why the sudden spurt of cases? How come the courts are passing orders so quickly? Is this all a coincidence ??? Or a well thought out plan to force the system to give a certain outcome. Is India going into an Ayodhya 2.0 phase?
