Preparation:
Buy 999 of something cheap, like Wooden Arrows
Store all of the items you wish to duplicate in your Bottomless Box but one

Step 1: In the "Inventory" menu, select an item that you have 999 of;
Step 2: Highlight "Quit Game" in the "System" menu;
Step 3: Left-click on the "Inventory" menu then QUICKLY press "A" after left-clicking (about half a second later);
Step 4: Using your mouse, click "Use 999" on the item you want to duplicate

Enjoy your 99 Humanity and ludicrous amount of souls!
