Adobo is a unofficially considered as a national dish here in the Philippines. It usually uses chicken, pork, chicken & pork, seafood, or vegetables. This version consists of chicken and pork steamed in soy sauce and vinegar, meats were seared to give more flavor and sauteed with garlic. Best served with a freshly steamed rice. Even tastier the next day.

Ingredients:
For simmering..
500g of pork belly
500g of chicken thigh/legs
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of cane vinegar
7 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
1/2 tsp of coriander
3 pcs of dried bay leaves
1/2 cup of water

For sautéing
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of sugar
