Hinimok ni Senator Risa Hontiveros ang Malacañang na pauwiin na si Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian sa China.

Bunsod ito ng naging pahayag ni Huang na dapat tutulan ng Pilipinas ang 'Taiwan Independence' sa halip na mag-alok ng military bases sa Estados Unidos, kung tunay na may malasakit ang bansa sa nasa 150,000 overseas Filipino workers sa Taiwan.
